How do I get a refund if I’m not happy with my purchase?
Well, you don’t have to worry because we have everything in place for you. We offer a refund on credit card and/or PayPal for every prepaid order. But cash on delivery orders are not eligible for this. Cash On Delivery orders will be refunded via Chicsta Credit, which will be posted in your official Chicsta account
In a situation where you paid for your order with a credit/debit card, you can ask for a refund back to your credit/debit card when you return your items to Chicsta. All you need to do is log in to your Chicsta account, create a return request but ensure it’s still within 30 days from the delivery date. In addition, your products must be in good condition, must not be used and must have the original tag.
You can choose between getting your refund as Chicsta Credit or back to your credit/debit card. That’s all!
How do I return an item?
At Chicsta.com, we offer one of the easiest exchange policies. As a customer, if you are not absolutely satisfied with your order, you have the liberty to return it within 30 days from the delivery date.
The following are the necessary steps to request for a return:
- Click on ‘My Account’ and log in
- · Click on ‘My Returns’
- Click 'Create new return' and select the items you want to return
- Click on 'Proceed', enter your address, why you want a return and if you prefer Chicsta Credit to credit / debit card refund - please note: you are only eligible for credit/debit card refund if you paid for your items via credit/debit card.
- The items will be collected from you by our courier within 48 to 72 hours
- After the item has been successfully picked up, the amount will be refunded as Chicsta Credit within 2 days. However, if the shipping country is KSA, we willrefund you within 2 to 3 days.
The following are necessary steps to take if you can’t create a return request:
- Inform us about the item you wish to return by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via Call/ WhatsApp on +971523296639.
- Our courier will have the item picked up from your given address within 48 to 72 hours.
- Once the item has been collected from you, your credit will reflect within 48 hours.
- You can use your credit to purchase anything you like.
Terms and conditions for Return/Exchange
- You can only make Return/Exchange when the item has not exceeded 30 days from the delivery date
- The item must be in good condition, must not be used and it must carry its original tag
- Finally, it must also be in the same brand box with which you received it.
All our beauty products have a no-return policy, which is why we advise you to go through the product description before purchasing the item.
How long does it take to get my Chicsta Credit?
This does not take forever; however, the earlier you inform us about the return the better. Our courier will pick up the item from you the time you find comfortable. We will pick up the return within 48 to 72 hours, and it will be processed within 48 hours.
