    You may be asked to present a passport, a valid ID or a driver’s license.

    How can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

    I’ve been waiting longer than your delivery promised, what should I do?

    1. Locations determine delivery estimates. If the delivery estimate is available for your location, it will be clearly written below the product image on the product page.

    2. Before we can provide you with a delivery estimate, you will need to select your location from the drop-down box. However, if your location is not among the displayed locations, kindly select the last option on the list which is "Rest of (Country Name)".

    3. If you want accuracy in our delivery estimates, please provide us with your active number, correct address with landmarks if possible.

    4. Without mincing words, we try as much as possible to deliver on time, but there are some unwanted circumstances that arise.     Do you offer collection in UAE?

    Unfortunately, we only do deliveries in UAE, we do not offer an outlet /reception collection.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Your location determines when you will receive your order. 

    UAE

    Our customers all over the UAE should expect their deliveries within 48 to 72 hours after placing the order. 

    KSA

    Our customers in major cities of KSA should expect their deliveries within 5 to 7 business days after placing the order.

    What if the item I received is damaged on delivery?

    At Chicsta.com, your satisfaction is our number one priority. So, we are very careful when we package your items. However, in case you received a damaged item, please inform us without delay by sending us an email at support@chicsta.com or call/ WhatsApp +971 55 940 4578 

    I want to cancel my order, what should I do?

    You have the liberty to cancel your order before shipment is made because you will not be able to do so once you receive the shipping confirmation. Once the cancellation process is complete, your Chicsta credit will be added to your account for the same value as your returned items. Follow the steps below to cancel your order:

    • Click on ‘My Chicsta’ and log in
    • Select ‘My Orders’
    • Select 'Cancel Items' and state why you want a cancellation
    • Click 'Yes', you will receive a cancellation confirmation via email.

    Why am I paying shipping fees?

    UAE

    There is a service fee of 20 AED if your order is below 100 AED. This service fee is to cover the shipping service.

    KSA

    You will pay a service fee of 30 SAR if your order is below 100 SAR. This service fee is to cover the shipping service.

    What are your charges for delivery/cash on delivery?

    UAE

    For every order above AED100, you won’t pay for delivery. However, if your order is below AED 100, you will pay a shipping fee of AED 20. 

    We want our customers to have adequate flexibility when it comes to making payments, as such we offer free Cash/ Card on Delivery service.

    KSA

    Delivery is free if your order is above SAR 250, but there is a service fee of SAR 30 if your order is below SAR 250. 

    We want our customers to have adequate flexibility when it comes to making payments, as such we offer free Cash/ Card on Delivery service in KSA as well.

    Is there a difference between exchanging your product variant and returning a product back to us?

    The following are the difference between an exchange and a return:

    Exchange

    When you create an exchange, you can exchange your ordered product with another variant; however, it must be the same product.

    Exception: In a situation where the product falls under our no-exchange policy, we will not be able to exchange the product.

    Return

    We truly cherish your satisfaction at Chictsta.com; you have the liberty to return any product you are not happy with.

    There are two ways to get a refund for any product you return:

    • Chicsta credit which can be used to purchase anything you want
    • Credit/debit card although this is based on the mode of payment you used while placing the order in the first place.

    Exception: to be eligible for a return, your product must not fall under the no-return policy.

    How can I exchange my product variant?

    At Chictsta.com, we got you covered! Immediately you create a change request for a particular product, we will reserve the product. Here’s the good thing, if by the time you are requesting for exchange the price of the product has jacked up, you won’t pay any extra dime to receive it. In the same vein, if the price of the item has gone down when you are creating your change request, we will refund the extra amount to you as Chicsta credit. As you can see, you don’t lose a thing with Chictsta.com.

    The following are the steps necessary to request for a variant change:

    • Click on ‘My Account’ and log in
    • Click on ‘My Returns/variant Change’
    • Click on 'Create' and select 'Change your variant'
    • Select the items you want to exchange
    • Select your new variant
    • Click on 'Proceed'
    • Click on ‘Create’ and that’s all!

    Within 48 to 72 hours, our courier will collect the original items and at the same time deliver the items you want in exchange.

    • Exchange process for ME and KSA:
    • Click on ‘My Account’ and log in
    • Click on ‘My Returns/variant Change’
    • Click on 'Create' and select 'Change your variant'
    • Select the items you want to exchange
    • Select your new variant
    • Click on ‘proceed’
    • Click on ‘Create’ and that’s all!
    • An Exchange AWB will be sent to your email address, print it
    • Lastly, you can contact our courier partner to collect your item(s)

    We will send your exchange items to you immediately the items you want to exchange have been picked up and are in our warehouse. This usually takes 2 to 3 days.

    Immediately you create your variant change request, ensure you arrange how your original items will be picked up because if we are unable to receive them in 2 weeks after your request has been created, we will have no choice than to cancel your request.

    Terms and Condition for Exchanges

    The following are the rules you must adhere to in order to have successful exchanges with Chictsta.com:

    • You can only exchange items within 30 days from the delivery date
    • The items must be in good condition, it must not be used and it should still carry its original tag
    • Finally, the item should be in the same brand box you received.
