That’s nothing to worry about. ‘My Account’ is available in English and Arabic language, which you can change to your preferred language. What do I do?

  • Log in to your account and click on ‘My Account’.
  • Look for ‘My Settings’ and click on ‘Language Preference’ option.
  • Select the language you want from the drop-down box
  • Then click "Save"
  • After your language has been successfully changed, refresh your browser
  • What’s next? Your selected language should display

Please note: The language selected when placing an order on the website would also be the language of your email alerts. However, your preferred language would always be the language of our newsletters that you receive.

Okay honey, this is no biggie! Chicsta will send you reminders and notifications to keep you abreast on the progress of your order and other important information through SMS and email by default. However, if you feel you don’t want any notification, you may choose to turn it off by doing the following:

  • Log in to your Chicsta Account
  • At the top-right corner, click "My Account"
  • On the left side panel, click "Notifications And Alerts"
  • Click to manage/edit your notification settings

This setting can be changed as many times you want

This does not require any special skill. Kindly follow the steps below to place an order:

  • Log on to Chicsta.com, select what you want to buy, and then select your preferred quality and variant and add to cart.
  • If you would like to add more items or shop more, select ‘Continue Shopping’ and select ‘Proceed to secure checkout’ if you don’t want to add any other item.
  • If you are a guest and do not wish to register with us, just enter your email address to proceed, but if you are a returning or registered customer, kindly log in with your details. However, you can also log in with either your Google account or Facebook account.
  • Register here with your details if you are a new customer
  • Enter your active phone number and your delivery address to continue
  • Select your preferred payment method and click ‘Buy Now’.

Please note:

Your order will only be delivered to the selected country or region while setting your location. For instance, if you select UAE as your location, we will only deliver within this selected location.

There are three reasons you need to do this which are:

  • The courier will call you on this number before delivering your order to ensure the order is delivered to the right person.

  • To proceed, enter your delivery address
  • Finally, select your preferred payment method and click ‘Buy Now’. When you get to the payment section, add your coupon code. However, this must be after you have selected your preferred payment method. Leave the rest to us; we will take care of it.
